About This Hunt
British Columbia is famous for having the purest strain of Roosevelt Elk in North America. It is definitely the largest in the Elk family, can reach up to 1,100 pounds (500kg), and live approximately 12 to 15 years.
The method used to harvest these magnificent creatures is typically spot and stock. Hunting from 4x4 trucks and quads, glassing old and new clear-cuts make this an exciting hunt for all ages.
There are some magnificent bulls in our region. With an abundance of Roosevelt Elk, seeing or harvesting a Boone and Crockett Roosevelt is likely.
