You will also receive an email with a link to this page for future reference when you are ready to begin entering your hunt package information.
If you begin to enter your information on the Outfitter Hunt Package Information page but do not have time to complete the information on the page, make sure you click the "SAVE AND CONTINUE" link at the bottom of the page so you can return to this page to complete it at a later time. Outfitter Hunt Package Information
Once you Submit the "Outfitter Hunt Package Information Form" our team will begin creating your hunt package page. We will email a link to the page for you for your review when we have completed it. If there are any changes please reply to our email ASAP. Unless we hear from you we will assume the information is correct and it will be LIVE on the Quality Hunts website within 1 business day. If there are any changes you wish to make to the information at any time. Please email us at advertise@qualityhunts.com.

Advertising Options

Do I have to sign a contract to promote my hunts?

No. We do not have contracts. Our agreement is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time. We do not provide refunds in the event you cancel before the month is over. If you have questions regarding your payment you can email us at outfitter@qualityhunts.com. We will respond within 1 business day.

Should my hunt page link to my website?

No. We have designed your hunt page to track and convert leads. One a hunter wants to connect with you they will complete the online form we provide which will send you an email notification that the hunter wants to connect with you to reserve a hunt.

What if I decide I want to cancel?

If you decide to cancel please email us in writing that you wish to cancel. Email us at outfitter@qualityhunts.com. We will reply to your request within 1 business day. Please provide a 3 day written notice to avoid paying for the following month. We do not provide refunds for unused portions if canceled early.

Can I change my hunt package page from time-to-time?

Yes. We want your hunt pages to convert leads to sales for you. If you have changes or additional information email us what you want to add or change at outfitter@qualityhunts.com and our marketing department will complete your request within 1 business day (excluding holidays).

Can I provide my own images for my hunt package page(s)?

Yes. We request your artwork in the following formats: PSD, .PNG, .JPG, or PDF. We assume the artwork you provide is free from any copyrights and that you assume legal responsibility.

Will I receive monthly receipts of my payments?

Yes. You will receive a receipt via email upon each payment that is processed successfully. If you have any concerns or questions related to your payments contact us at outfitter@qualityhunts.com.

When will my next payment be due for my hunt package(s)?

Your monthly payment will be processed on the date in which you submitted your order form.

Yes. We encourage you to not add a phone number to your banner but to link the banner to a page on your website. We will provide you information related to banner impressions and clicks. We do not provide information regarding calls.

Can I change banner designs from time-to-time?

Yes. We want your banners to convert leads to sales for you. If a banner is not working please contact us at advertise@qualityhunts.com and our marketing department will connect with you to redesign your banner.

Can I provide my own banners?

Yes, we will accept your artwork. We request your artwork in the following formats: PSD, .PNG, .JPG, or PDF. The large banner advertisements are 1110 x 200 pixels. The smaller size is 462 x 230. We assume the artwork you provide is free from any copyrights and that you assume legal responsibility.

Will I receive reports on the impressions and clicks of my banners?

We are currently building a partner dashboard. When that is complete we will provide you with login information for 24/7 access to your dashboard and access to banners and stats.

Will I receive monthly receipts of my payments?

Yes. You will receive a receipt via email upon each payment that is processed successfully. If you have any concerns or questions related to your payments contact us at advertise@qualityhunts.com.
